Impact Rating, Slammiversary Fan Fest Cut Short & More

– Thursday’s live TNA Impact Wrestling drew a 0.99 cable rating, up from the previous week’s 0.89 rating. The show averaged 1.25 million viewers for the 2-hour broadcast, down from the 1.29 million from the previous week.

– TNA President Dixie Carter continues to express excitement on Twitter regarding tonight’s pay-per-view:

“I’m excited for this day to celebrate our 10yrs on PPV 2night. We’re honored & humbled by the support of the best wrestling fans in the biz”

– The TNA Slammiversary fan fest that took place this weekend in Arlington, Texas was said to have been a disappointment. The crowd was a lot smaller than TNA expected and the even cleared out well before it was scheduled to end. The upside to the small crowd was that the fans who did attend got to spend extra time with the wrestlers.
