Update: New TNA Slammiversary Main Event Revealed
“Big” John Gaburick, TNA’s Executive Vice President of Creative and Talent Relations, just announced on Twitter that MVP will NOT be able to wrestle Eric Young this Sunday in the main event of TNA Slammiversary:
#Breaking @The305MVP suffered a torn meniscus during his last match. This morning, doctors deemed him unable to compete this Sunday!

He added that a “fair replacement” main event will be announced later today. MVP tweeted:
My knee injury is legit. I’m very disappointed by the timing of this injury and the unfortunate repercussions that accompany it.
