Dream said that Ricochet can jump around in the ring to make a name for himself, but no matter how you flip or flop, you better land in the back of the line behind the Dream. Ricochet chuckled and said that he understands that he is the new guy around here but he knows all about Velveteen Dream. Ricochet added how Velveteen made the entire NXT Universe say your name. Ricochet then said that Dream even got the NXT Champion to say his name, granted it was after he kicked him in the head.

Ricochet stated that Dream was good, but he wasn’t as good as him. Ricochet claimed that he has come to NXT to steal Dream’s show and his spotlight. Dream said that he thought that was funny and added that Ricochet can try his best. Velveteen stated that anything Ricochet can do, the Dream can do better. Ricochet said “prove it!” and dropped the microphone.

Dream took off his necklace and pretended like he was going to attack Ricochet. Dream dropped on the canvas and smiled at Ricochet. Velveteen then slithered out of the ring and retreated up the entrance ramp with a smile on his face as Ricochet stood tall in the ring.
