Jonathan Coachman Denies WWE Is Paying ESPN For Coverage, Would He Return To WWE?

Former WWE announcer and current ESPN anchor Jonathan Coachman recently fielded some questions about his former employer on Twitter. When a fan asked if he would ever leave ESPN for WWE, he made it clear he’s not interested.

Coachman also killed a rumor about WWE paying ESPN to give them coverage. The Coach takes credit for the idea which has lead to a working relationship between WWE and ESPN.

ESPN currently shows weekly highlight segments and breaking news stories about WWE. ESPN will also be providing extensive coverage leading up to WrestleMania 32 in April 2016. Coachman previously mentioned that ESPN will be covering more than just kayfabe news:
