Ric Flair Backstage At Survivor Series Right Now

Ric Flair is backstage at the Philips Arena in Atlanta right now, where WWE is hosting Survivor Series tonight. Flair, who lives in the area, is there to film footage with ESPN for his upcoming 30 For 30 special.

ESPN will be interviewing Flair, as well as getting footage of active WWE wrestlers discussing The Nature Boy’s accomplishments in the wrestling business.

As reported earlier, WWE wasn’t happy with how Flair discussed the controversy surrounding the Reid Flair angle between Charlotte & Paige on RAW on his podcast. It’ll be interesting to see if there’s any mention of this on the 30 For 30 special, or if Flair mentions tonight’s experience with WWE management on his next podcast.

According to Ric Flair’s agent, ESPN began shooting for the documentary project in late October. ESPN has done 30 For 30 specials on NXT, The Von Erichs, Scott Hall, WWE, Vince McMahon, and many other wrestling personalities. As of press time, there’s no word on when Flair’s episode will air.
